Chengjin graduated from Nantong Medical College and obtained a Bachelor of Medicine in the early 1980s in China. She got her Master's Degree from Sun Yet-sun University of Medical in 1990 in China. During her 10 years of clinical practice as a Resident and a Nephrologist at the Hospital of Nantong University, Chengjin was often impressed by the miracle efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine. As a traditional Chinese medicine enthusiast and beneficiary, she completed the diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine at John & Jenny Traditional Chinese Medicine College.
As a Registered Acupuncturist (R. Ac) and Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R. TCMP) with the CTCMPAO, Chengjin often incorporates the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine when assessing clients’ conditions to get more effective treatment. She uses Acupuncture, Acupressure, Guasha, cupping, and Chinese Tuina skills to help people with various disorders. For instance: pain symptoms: include tension headache, migraines, facial pain, trigeminal neuralgia, stiff neck, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, golf elbow, back pain, sciatica, knee pain, and heel pain. Emotional disorder: stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia. Women's health concerns: infertility, irregular menstruation, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and menopausal syndrome. Digestive system issues like constipation, IBS, diarrhea, acid reflux, and abdominal pain. She also helps people with her hands only for the persons who prefer treatment without needles.
