Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Unlike circulation, our lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump to keep the fluid moving, so when blocked, fluid builds up, causing swelling, tiredness, heavy feeling, and inflammation. And Myofascial tightness and adhesion also decreased circulation and lymphatic function.

This technique combines myofascial massage technique and  Manual Lymph Drainage with cupping and gua-sha to release myofascial adhesion and blocked lymphatic fluid.

Myofascial release is a manual technique that focuses on pain believed to arise from myofascial tissues — the tough membranes that wrap, connect and support your muscles.

Manual Lymph Drainage is used to drain excess fluid from the body, It can help reduce swelling and inflammation, flush out harmful toxins in the body, and improve the overall functioning of the lymphatic and immune systems.

As a result, the benefits will be reduced pain soreness and swelling of the body, gains a better-defined contour, accelerated metabolism and boosted immune system, and enjoying the whole relaxation and pain released of the treatment.
