She comes from a Western Medical background, having completed her B.Sc in Pre-medicine. Fascinated by the life processes at the subcellular level, she changed majors and completed her Master’s in Cellular and Molecular Biology. However, the monotony of the experiments didn’t hold enough challenge for her, and she missed the direct interaction with patients. Acquiring an Acupuncture Diploma gave her the challenge of encountering new symptoms daily, interacting with and treating patients, and seeing positive results within a few weeks.
Concentrating on Health Maintenance and Recovery at every stage of life, she deals with patients suffering from respiratory disorders, such as persistent coughing, Asthma, shortness of breath, and COPD; from Urogenital diseases such as urinary retention, incontinence, painful urination, nocturnal emissions, impotence; from Digestive disorders such as indigestion, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, GERD; from Emotional disorders such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, lack of motivation, insomnia; from Endocrine disorders such as diabetes, fatigue, edema, sweating, Menstrual problems, PMS, Infertility, Morning sickness, Post-partum care, as well as pain management such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Frozen shoulder, Knee and ankle joint injury, Tennis and Golfer’s Elbow, etc. and general body maintenance.
