Juncai (John) Zhou

John graduated from the Pharma-Medical Science College of Canada and is a duly qualified RMT licensed by The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) to practice in Ontario.

John enjoys working with all patients in the clinic and specializes in the treatment of tension headaches, neck and shoulder pain, lower back pain and general chronic pain due to tension, poor posture and overuse.

The main approaches to address the causes of these pains include Swedish Massage techniques, Deep Tissue Massage, Hydrotherapy treatment, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, etc. Plus, personalized remedial Exercises and Self-care Techniques are included at the end of each treatment to help patients enjoy a long-lasting benefit of an effective massage treatment.
