Summer or headaches, self-massage tricks

this is not an ad. it is unique tricks from my year's massage practice and TCM learning.

Help yourself with your hands. sometimes I talk on the phone to my friend, they help themself.


When you start A/C, in very early summer, You may easily get uncomfortable after in an A/C room. headaches, no appetite(you need a ginger slice).

it is not a natural way to use A/C, your body wants to sweat, but suddenly the cold air blow you, leave your neck muscles spasm. Heart already beating fast, for more sweat, but neck muscles squeeze, because they feel cold, don't sweat, don't want extra blood, then your brain feels confused, you get headaches, so the body wants to slow down.


for self-massage

1. work on the neck and scalp 10mins (pic1). it feels good.

2. pic2, 10mins front neck muscles(SCM), in the middle of the rope, should have a big knot inside. slowly and gentle work on it. it makes the spine tilt, press the nerve at the back of the neck. only gently work on one side at one time. if you feel uncomfortable touch it, don't do it.

if your back of muscle uncomfortable as well. find the knots rub your middle of the chest bone. you will burp.

3. pic3, it will be a lot of knots on gluts, for people always a headache. so use your hands or tools to work on it, until warm and smooth. The next day headaches go away and also can help them at least one or two weeks free headaches until they sitting too much have knots on gluts again.

in Tcm, acupuncture will put the needle on the feet, but it hard to find the small knots and release them by hand. too much pain :)

(not guarantee results, headache may have a lot of different cause, also like high blood pressure, or tumour, you need to see doctors)
