You may feel stomach uncomfortable When you eat too much cold food, beer, ice cream, or cold salad,

Then you can put a cupping on your stomach for a few minutes. Then remove the cupping and feel the skin, should be cold or light sweat around the area. Then put cupping again, if you feel the area is nice and warm. Then you probably stomach pain better.

Because of pain from spasms of the muscles around the stomach, or less circulation. Cupping can draw the ” cold” out, release the spasms and increase circulation in your stomach.

If you always have a stomach issue, see a doctor first. Then can look for belly massage or acupuncture for help. If you use cupping yourself make sure read all the instructions

Hope this can help people work a lot with their hands.

As massage therapists, we use our hands a lot, I found a trick that:

When your hands start sore and tired, then you squeeze your feet or flex and extend your feet, most time you can feel cramps on your feet, wait until cramps go away, then your hands will feel relaxed.

And joint sore, you can try to stretch the middle thigh, then feel some release.

Or a couple of 30min walks every week.

I found some massage therapists will walk a lot before and after work.

This is from TCM, sometimes hand problems we will work on feet too. The middle thigh is the liver line, the liver controls the soft tissues in Chinese Medicine.

Hope this can help with your hand soreness. Until they get worse.

Do you know that you can get a Tui-na Massage or Cupping treatment instead when you have insurance for acupuncture and you don’t like needles?

In Chinese Medicine, you will get the same assessment first ( like pulse check, face reading, tongue check), then you can get needles or tui-na massage or herbs, all the techniques can alternative each other.

Different herbs can use acupuncture points instead or also can get a tui-na massage or cupping and gua-sha instead as well.

So if you have acupuncture insurance and don’t like needles, you can get a needless treatment, a massage, or cupping. It still can help with your different disorders or condition.

Introduce our team professionals:
